Terms of Sale

Scope

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through the CorVascular online store operated by CorVascular Diagnostics, LLC ("CorVascular," "we," or "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Quoted system purchases (VasoGuard V-Series) are governed by the terms stated on the applicable quote or purchase agreement.

Professional Use Only

Certain products are subject to U.S. federal restrictions on sale and distribution applicable to prescription medical devices. By completing checkout, you confirm that you are a licensed healthcare professional or veterinarian, or that you are purchasing on behalf of a medical facility or practice, or on the order of a licensed practitioner. This confirmation is recorded with your order.

We reserve the right to request verification of professional or facility status, and to cancel and refund any order that does not meet this requirement.

Ordering and Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until an order is placed.
• Product prices and shipping charges are verified at the time of order; if a displayed price is out of date, you will be asked to review the updated price before payment.
• Applicable taxes, if any, are shown during checkout.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. CorVascular does not collect or store payment card information — see our Privacy Policy.
• An order confirmation is emailed after successful payment. An order is accepted when we confirm it; we may decline or cancel orders we cannot verify or fulfill.

Orders Prepared by Software Assistants

We welcome AI shopping assistants that help buyers research products and prepare carts (see our agent instructions). However, order placement must be completed by a human buyer: the professional-use confirmation and payment must be made personally by the purchaser or their authorized representative. We may cancel orders that appear to have been placed autonomously without human review.

Shipping

Orders ship from our facility in Minnetonka, MN via UPS. Shipping rates and service options are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the items in your order. Estimated delivery times are estimates only.

Returns

Please contact our support team at support@CorVascular.com or 888-829-1770 before returning any item — returns require prior authorization. Defective products are handled under the applicable warranty (below).

Warranty

Warranty coverage for CorVascular products is described on our Warranty page. Except as expressly stated there, products are provided without other warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version posted at the time you place an order applies to that order. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
