MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., July 29, 2026. CorVascular today announced it will showcase its new DuplexABI™ solution at the Society for Vascular Ultrasound 2026 Annual Conference & Marketplace in National Harbor, Maryland. DuplexABI pairs the physiologic testing clinicians already run on VasoGuard with duplex ultrasound imaging in a single portable platform.

For a decade, the physiologic vascular lab and the imaging vascular lab have been two rooms, two instruments, and often two appointments. DuplexABI is CorVascular's move to close that gap: one cart, one operator, one workflow that runs from screening through anatomic and hemodynamic characterization.

Where Physiologic Testing Stops

Doppler ankle-brachial index and photoplethysmographic toe-brachial index are the right first test. They are fast, non-invasive, inexpensive, and they answer the question of whether lower-extremity perfusion is functionally reduced.

The 2016 AHA/ACC Lower Extremity PAD Guideline sets the interpretation categories:

Every one of those results tells the clinician that something is wrong. None of them says where the lesion is, how tight it is, or whether it explains the patient's symptoms. That is the handoff point, and today it usually means scheduling the patient back for a separate duplex study.

One Instrument, Two Tests, One Workflow

DuplexABI is built on the VasoGuard platform, so the physiologic half is the system clinicians already know. Segmental pressures, PVR waveforms, wearable PPG sensors, and CuffMatch™ cuff-air-volume verification all carry over unchanged.

The imaging half is integrated into the same cart and the same operator position, with a dedicated linear array probe holder, secured cable management, and a quick-release computer mount for service. The cart itself is slimmer and lighter than the existing VasoGuard cart so it moves cleanly through crowded hospital corridors and small exam rooms.

Two cart configurations are offered, sharing the same clinical capability and differing in footprint and screen size so a facility can match the system to the room it actually has.

Developed in Collaboration with Terason

CorVascular developed DuplexABI in collaboration with Terason, combining CorVascular's vascular diagnostic workflow expertise with Terason's established ultrasound capabilities. DuplexABI is available now. Both cart configurations are built and supported in Minnetonka, Minnesota alongside the rest of the VasoGuard line, and CorVascular is accepting orders and scheduling demonstrations today.
